Todd Gilmore

Vice President of Analytics

Todd Gilmore was born in Marshall Missouri. He grew up with a single sibling and moved to California after graduating high school. In the years that followed he worked in construction throughout the country, moving back to California where he met his wife in 2010. Todd is married with two children, a son, and a daughter. Much of his time is spent coaching the local softball teams his daughter plays for and watching his son develop, train, and compete in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. In 2018 Todd and his family moved to New Holland, Pennsylvania.

Prior to Joining AMS, Todd traveled from Missouri to Mobile Alabama with a group of contractors to help with the efforts after Hurricane Katrina, from there he spent a few years in Park City, Utah where he gained his Journeyman licenses in plumbing and hydronics. Todd would design and install some of the town’s most complex snow melt and heating systems.

Todd Joined AMS in 2012 as a Facilities Supervisor. From there he was promoted to Facilities Manager and then in 2015 to Director of Core Operations. While in this position, Todd was responsible for the company’s racking, inventory, software improvements, operational measurement, and overall engineering strategies. Todd also taught Excel classes for AMS employees and students through the local College of the Canyons. He held that position until moving to the East Coast operation of AMS, accepting a position as Analytics Director in New Holland, PA. Here Todd started off by implementing new analytics tools like Microsoft Power BI and getting data into the hands of the company for better decision making.

Todd was promoted to Vice President of Analytics in 2024. He oversees the Centralized Performance Team (CPM) which is a mixture of analytics, operations and engineering teams all working in unison to garner the best practices and most impactful projects that will help both AMS and the clients in achieving a standard that AMS has come to be known for.

Todd Enjoys volunteering for the local sports clubs where he can have a lifelong impact in children’s lives. He also enjoys teaching people new things like Excel. He loves reading books and tries to live by a quote “Don’t let great get in the way of better.” Todd values what the company has done for its employees over the years with plenty of training and education.
