Vice President of Human Resources
Cindy Beeson came to AMS in 2023 with over two decades of comprehensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources, Cindy showcases a solid track record in Human Resources leadership. Prior to her role at AMS Fulfillment, Cindy excelled as the Vice President of Human Resources at Lamps Plus, commencing her tenure in October 2016.
With a journey of growth and expertise, Cindy’s professional background includes pivotal roles such as Human Resources Manager at Woodward HRT, and Director of Human Resources at Sargent Fletcher. Her career also encompasses enriching experiences at Cardinal Health, Datron Advanced Technologies (L-3 Comm), and Datron Advanced Technologies.
Cindy holds a BA degree in Human Resources Management from Almeda University as well as a Certificate in Human Resources Management from San Diego State University. Cindy has pursued diverse certifications, including the prestigious SHRM – SCP (Senior Certified Professional) certification from SHRM, a Collective Bargaining certification from Cornell University, a Program Management certification from Dunchurch College, and the esteemed SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification.
Outside of her professional life, Cindy enjoys sewing, traveling, and spending quality time with family. Born and raised in rural southern Oregon, Cindy enjoyed the company of one sibling and seventeen half siblings. What Cindy enjoys most about AMS is the B Corporation culture of purpose before profit.
