Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusivity

We are committed to fostering a workplace culture that upholds the principles of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion. We believe that creating an environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered is not only essential for our business success but also integral to building a more just and equitable society.

To achieve this, we have developed a JEDI Policy, which incorporates employee involvement at every level, and developed training for all employees from various departments and resource groups to discuss JEDI matters, educate, empower, survey, and provide tools and resources for actionable strategies for improvement.

Improving Business Performance

Diversity in the workplace and on leadership teams is a critical success factor in making better decisions and developing more innovative business solutions.

Research shows that groups with diverse perspectives and flexibility in thinking almost always outperform homogeneous groups in the business environment and lead to higher levels of creativity, innovation, and organizational agility.

With access to a multitude of different perspectives and new information, gender diversity can lead to a variety of benefits including better decision-making, more effective strategies, increased productivity, and improved communication.  Most importantly, employees feel greater equality and job satisfaction.

A demonstrated focus on gender equality enables our organization to attract and retain the best talent, build a high-performance workforce, and reduce the cost of employee turnover:
