We are committed to fostering a workplace culture that upholds the principles of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion. We believe that creating an environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered is not only essential for our business success but also integral to building a more just and equitable society.

To achieve this, we have developed a JEDI Policy, which incorporates employee involvement at every level, and developed training for all employees from various departments and resource groups to discuss JEDI matters, educate, empower, survey, and provide tools and resources for actionable strategies for improvement.

Diverse Hiring

AMS is a job provider committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We work with community organizations to hire individuals with disabilities, persons who are homeless, at-risk youth, the aging population, single parents, and individuals involved with the justice system.

Diverse hiring helps to correct historical exclusion and it benefits AMS and society as well.

Desert Haven

aids people with developmental disabilities to achieve their dreams of becoming productive, independent, fully participating members of their community. 

Pleasant View Industries

core mission to provide employment opportunities to developmentally disabled adults.

Valley Oasis Shelter

assists victims of domestic violence with specialized needs including employment.

Bridge to Home

providing help, hope, and change for people in Santa Clarita who are vulnerable to homelessness.

Project Joy

guiding underrepresented and underserved community members to thrive in a career and life full of joy through teaching, mentoring, and designing innovative programs.

Plummer Community Correctional Center

to create a work schedule for individuals in the program we have hired. 

Second Chance Programs

provide on-the-job training for individuals who have been incarcerated.

Goodwill to provide job opportunities for Spanish speakers

AMS offers classroom education in English as a Second Language (ESL).  

College of the Canyons Ready to Work Academy

provides work opportunities and train Special Needs participants in Logistics. 

Department of Labor

to hire people who are unemployed.
