Hi! I’m Cade.
I am an Assistant Account Manager at Headquarters, CA, and I have been with AMS since January 2024.
Accomplishments
Though I haven’t worked here too long, my proudest work accomplishment was getting Employee of the Month.
Mentors
A mentor of mine has been Esperanza E., Sr. Account Manager. Esperanza has been a huge help in training me and molding me into the worker I am now. She always found the little things to make me better and always took the time to be there for me.
Goals
The biggest goal I’m working towards right now is trying to think long-term and how I can set myself and my future family up for success.
Challenges
The most challenging assignment I’ve done at AMS is routing tedious retailers and then the trucks don’t arrive when they are supposed to.
Professional Advice
Take digital notes because it only gets bigger from day 1.
Job Switch
If I could switch jobs with anyone here at AMS for a day, it would be a picker, because I kind of miss walking around at work all day like my past jobs.

Heritage
I grew up in a Hispanic friend’s home, mostly since my parents were always working. So, although I’m Irish, I like my spices and Hispanic foods.
Identity
I may be young, but I will always try my best to figure things out and do my part unlike most people my age I know.
Mantra
If I could get one person to smile a day. Then it’s a good day.
Surprising Fact
Even though I love EDM music like dubstep & riddim, I love Country music! Crazy combo I know.
Passion
Being the best person I can be for my friends, family, and girlfriend that they can count on.
Family Recipe
I don’t cook much, but I do need to steal my mom’s salmon recipe.
Hobby
I’m either at the gym or at an EDM show. I want to pick up reading for my girlfriend since she is a bookworm.
Deserted
If I were on a deserted island, three items I would bring with me are a water purifier, a weapon, and seeds to grow food.
