I am the Operations Manager at Williams, CA, and I have been with AMS since April 2012.

My proudest accomplishment is being able to move up to the position I am in now and being able to grasp all the knowledge I have learned in this business.

Mentor
Two mentors who have helped me in my career are Keith E. and Ana R. They have been with me throughout my career here at AMS and they always strive to show great guidance and support. I am grateful and very thankful for the time and effort that they have invested in me, for believing in me, and for making me feel confident about myself.
Goals
My Biggest goal I’m working on is motivating others that if they want to achieve more in their career, they can and never give up.
Challenges
One of the most challenging assignments I have worked on was being left alone to do a Physical Inventory for one of the clients for the first time. Although this was a challenging assignment, it has made me gain more knowledge on how each PI works.
Professional Advice
If I could go back to the start of my career and give myself one piece of advice, I would tell myself to always keep pushing forward to do more, and anything is possible to achieve when all effort is put toward it.
Job Switch
If I could job switch with anyone within the company it would be Matthew W., Safety and Security Manager to see the big responsibilities he has daily.
Surprising Fact
Coworkers would be surprised to learn that I started as a temp when our a former client was here as a QC Clerk, and I have worked my way up to an Operations Manager.

I love exploring new places. If I could, I would like to travel the whole world to see all the different cultures.
Family Recipe
My Favorite family recipe would be my mom’s posole or birria.
Hobby
My favorite hobby outside of work is discovering new places while spending time with family and friends.
Deserted
If I were on a deserted island, the three items I would bring with me are a knife, a water canteen, and a rope.
