My previous boss. We met two jobs ago and worked together for a long time, and I even followed him to another company. He and I, to this day, still talk about how to better operational efficiencies, logistics, people, etc. We constantly are bouncing ideas off each other and talking business.
Goals
Getting our facility in New Holland, PA as close to perfection as I can and setting it up to be a model facility for the company so I can move on to the next project.
Challenges
This one is a bit broad. Fixing troubled/failing facilities is what I did for many years. Anytime I thought I saw the worst operation ever, there was always another one in even worse shape. I can’t necessarily pinpoint one in particular that I would say was the most challenging, but I will say that we were able to fix every facility we came into.
Professional Advice
If I could go back to the start of my career and give myself one piece of advice, I would tell myself “Trust yourself and the results of hard work.”
Job Switch
If I could switch jobs with anyone at AMS, it would be Anyone in a higher position than myself. I really enjoy strategizing and talking business. In my previous position I was constantly at the table with executives trying to strategize how to fix operations and financially get them under control. It can be difficult sometimes to get the opportunities to do that being in my current position since we are “boots on the ground” a lot of the time in operations.

Although I look angry most of the time, I am not.
Surprising Fact
A surprising fact about me is that I do stunt work in low budget films.
Passion
I love doing hard work with good people.
Family Recipe
I cook a lot, but nothing was passed down to me. I am currently working on a book of my own recipes that I am giving to my kids when they get older as they also love cooking.
Hobby
Anything involving motorcycles.
Deserted
The three things I would bring to a deserted island would be a knife, a fire starter, and water.
